Close the month faster, with books you can trust.
We build your accounting into the system: a general ledger, journals, bank reconciliation and financial reports, with every purchase, sale and payment coded from your own history. Already have accounting software? We connect to it instead.

Where it goes wrong today.
Coding changes by who's doing it
Two people code the same supplier differently, and the reports stop making sense.
The month-end scramble
Days lost chasing missing bills and fixing entries before the books can close.
Numbers typed twice
Figures already in one system are typed again into the accounts.
Numbers you don't trust
Reports arrive, but nobody is sure they are complete or coded right.
Accounting, the way your business runs it.
General ledger and journals
Your chart of accounts, journals and ledgers, built into the system.
Coding from your history
GL and tax codes based on how you've actually coded before — not an AI guess.
Review queue
Anything new or uncertain waits for a person instead of posting.
Bank reconciliation
Bank lines matched to what was posted, with differences flagged.
Financial reports
Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow from complete, consistently coded data.
Audit trail
Who coded, reviewed and approved every line — and when.
Configured around how you work — and where your process is unusual, we build it.
We run accounting this way in our own business.
Merchaint runs our own $20M distribution business. We built this workflow because we needed it — and we’ve hit the problems that only show up once real orders, suppliers and customers are involved.
So we won’t ask you for a requirements list. We’ll map how you work, tell you what you need, and keep improving it after go-live as your team finds what it needs next.
Replace it, or automate it.
Accounting as part of a whole new system, or automated on top of the tools you already use.
It doesn't stop here.
Accounting works best connected to the rest of your business.
Common questions.
Do we need separate accounting software?
Not necessarily. We can build your ledger, reconciliation and reports into the system — or, if you already use accounting software, connect to it instead.
Is AI guessing our GL codes?
No. Codes come from how you've coded the same supplier or item before. Anything without history goes to a person.
Can our accountant still work with it?
Yes. They get access to the ledger, reports and full audit trail — or keep working in their current accounting software if we connect to it.
