Cookie Policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in much the same way. This policy explains how Merchaint (“we”, “our”, or “us”) uses them.
2. Cookies on our website
Our website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
3. Third-party services
Some pages use services run by other companies, which may set their own cookies:
- Cal.com — our booking calendar. Cal.com may use cookies or similar technologies when its booking tool loads or when you use it to schedule a meeting.
- WhatsApp — when you choose to message us, you leave our website and WhatsApp’s own policies apply.
These providers control their own cookies. Please refer to their privacy and cookie policies for details.
4. The Merchaint app
When you sign in to the Merchaint app, we store session information in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in. It is strictly necessary for the app to work and is not used for advertising.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings. If you do, parts of our website or app — such as booking a meeting or staying signed in — may not work as expected.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
